At street level, upon arrival, guests enter through a barn-style door into the main kitchen area, which is fully equipped with all the mod cons you need for a comfortable stay, including a dishwasher, oven and hob. Whether you’re preparing a simple breakfast or a full meal, the kitchen provides all the essentials.
Adjacent to the kitchen, a small two-seater sofa creates a snug and inviting space to unwind, making it an ideal spot to enjoy a morning coffee or relax in the evening with a book. The open-plan design makes an efficient use of the cosy space.
The focal point of the living area has to be the old disused staircase, which now provides a convenient shelf system and adds to the ambience of the room!
The highlight of The Grieg is certainly its lovely bedroom. Soft linens, white decor and warm lighting create an inviting atmosphere, making it a wonderful place to relax after a day of exploring the local area. The bedroom’s furnishings contribute to the cosy aesthetic, ensuring that every guest enjoys a comfortable stay.
Next door you will find a street level door leading to a staircase up to two first floor apartments with adjacent front doors that can be left open to create one large space, as the entrance is private. The Loft to the right is a lovely vibrant one-bedroom apartment. With its colourful décor and spacious layout, this first-floor apartment offers both comfort and character.
As you step inside, you are welcomed into a large, open-plan living, dining and kitchen area. The bright and airy space is designed for relaxation, featuring a comfortable lounge area with plush sofas, including a double sofa bed for additional guests.
