To the right, a cosy lounge offers plush seating for guests — an ideal spot to relax after a day on the beach. On this floor, a private balcony with outdoor seating provides a peaceful perch to enjoy the sunrise or unwind with a drink in hand.
Here you will also find a stylish shower room and the first of three inviting double bedrooms. Upstairs, you’ll find two further double bedrooms, including one with ocean views and another with an en-suite family bathroom.
The apartment below has its own front door that can be securely left open to adjoin the two properties, inside the main front door. Step across the hall into a large double bedroom with cool blue tones and youll find a stylish family bathroom right next door. Ascend the stairs and you'll find a contemporary open-plan living area with a fully equipped kitchen, dining space, lounge, Smart TV and a second tranquil double bedroom with an open en-suite, wash and separate toilet, . A stylish shower room completes the space, and private access to the beach makes this a true hidden gem.

Welcome to The Beach Escape, two beautifully presented apartments that together form a spacious and flexible holiday let for up to ten guests. Located in the heart of Sandgate, with breathtaking sea views and direct beach access, this property is ideal for groups or multi-generational families seeking both togetherness and privacy. With two separate living spaces, connected by the same main front door and four well-appointed bathrooms and en-suites, everyone can enjoy comfort and independence, while still sharing memorable seaside moments.
First & Second Floor Apartment (Sleeps 6)
Accessed from Sandgate High Street through a blue front door, a private hallway leads you up a flight of stairs to the first floor. Here, you’re greeted by a stunning open-plan kitchen and dining area, complete with expansive ocean views. The kitchen is very well equipped with a washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher, oven, hob, and fridge-freezer. The dining table seats six, offering a sociable space for shared meals with a view. A private balcony with outdoor seating completes the experience — perfect for morning coffee or sunset drinks.
Adjacent is the stylish living room, featuring sofa seating for six and a Smart TV with Netflix and Chromecast for all your favourite entertainment. A modern family shower room with WC and sink is also located on this level, along with a cosy double bedroom.
Upstairs on the second floor, you’ll find two further spacious bedrooms. One has a king-size bed and panoramic sea views, while the other includes a double bed and its own en-suite bathroom with bath, WC, and sink.
Ground & Lower Ground Apartment (Sleeps 4)
From the beach side, descend a set of steps to the lower apartment’s private entrance. The ground floor hosts a large double bedroom with an open en-suite shower, wash basin and separate WC. Through soft curtains lies the open-plan living, kitchen, and dining area, complete with a desk space, Smart TV, and everything you need for home cooking.
Upstairs (back at beach level) is a second double bedroom and a full family bathroom with bath. This level also has its own access point, making the apartment both self-contained and easily connected to the world outside.
