The front door opens into the warm, modern, open-plan living space. In the lounge area you will find a plush double sofa bed, perfect for your extra guests, facing a large smart TV. The kitchen stretches across the rear wall, fully equipped with a dishwasher, washing machine, fridge-freezer, oven and hob. A standout feature here is the central island, complete with breakfast stools — ideal for casual dining or morning coffee as the river glides past the windows,
Heading through the back of the property, you'll find a sleek, modern bathroom with a spacious shower cubicle, toilet and sink. Step outside onto the wrap-around decked balcony — an intimate spot perched just high enough to overlook the water.
