At the heart of the home is the stunning open-plan kitchen and dining space, where large bi-fold doors open seamlessly onto the garden, inviting the outside in on warm days. Morning coffee in the sunshine, long lazy lunches, and evening drinks as the light softens — this is a house designed for togetherness.
The generous dining table creates the perfect setting for shared meals and celebrations, while the separate lounge offers a cosy, more intimate retreat. Upstairs, you’ll find three thoughtfully arranged bedrooms: a king room, a further king, that can also be set up as twins, and a charming bunk room — making it flexible for both families and groups. A sleek shower room with a large walk-in shower completes the space.

Just off this space, the separate lounge offers a completely different mood — cosy, rich and atmospheric. The deep-toned walls and log burner create a warm, cocooning space, ideal for evenings in with a film, a glass of wine, or simply unwinding after a day exploring the coast.
A practical utility room adds convenience, especially for longer stays or beach days with sandy toes and wet towels.

The king bedroom can be configured as twin beds upon request; however, this must be specified at the time of booking and may be subject to availability for last-minute reservations.
You’ll find everything you need to settle in and start your break straight away — from basic toiletries to tea and coffee, so you can enjoy a relaxing brew the moment you arrive.
If you’d like to stock up for your stay, you can arrange a grocery delivery from local supermarket Sainsbury’s, or take a trip yourself as it is around ten minute's walk from the house, just over the canal.
Parking is free on the road directly outside the house, so you can pull up, unload all your goodies and leave the car there for the duration of your stay as you will likely chose to walk everywhere, there are so many things to do right on your doorstep! There is also a convenient bus stop just a few minute's walk away.
