As the name suggests, the rest of the apartment is tucked below ground level, creating a quiet, cosy haven that still feels bright and open thanks to thoughtful design and lighting.
The lower ground floor boasts a large, open-plan space combining the fully equipped kitchen, dining area, and lounge and a second double bedroom, shower room and separate toilet can be found through the bedroom. Cream tones and stylish lighting run throughout the interiors, accented with crisp black and white details, giving the space a contemporary and welcoming atmosphere. Arriving at Beach Bunker from the beach side, you’ll descend a set of concrete steps leading down to your private front door. Step inside to find yourself in a spacious double bedroom, thoughtfully designed with hanging space, open shelving and calming decor to create a restful atmosphere. At the rear of the bedroom is a sleek, open en suite shower area and wash basin, with a separate enclosed toilet for added privacy.
Beyond the bedroom, soft curtains lead you through to the heart of the apartment — a large open-plan living space. This lower-ground level is light and welcoming, despite being below ground, with a fully equipped kitchen featuring everything you need to prepare meals at home. A dining table provides space for relaxed mealtimes or socialising, while the cosy lounge area includes a comfortable sofa and Smart TV for evenings in.
