The lounge offers comfortable seating alongside a Smart TV and an additional single sofa bed, making it ideal for larger groups or flexible sleeping arrangements. Flowing through the space, the dining area is made for sociable evenings, with seating for the whole group beside elegant styling touches and soft ambient lighting.
At the rear of the room, the stylish kitchen features a breakfast bar with stools, sleek cabinetry and everything needed for cooking at home before heading out to explore the harbour’s restaurants and wine bars.
The town house unfolds across three floors, giving everyone space to spread out comfortably. Four king-sized bedrooms are thoughtfully styled with boutique-hotel touches, calming neutral palettes and plush soft furnishings. Things to Note
You’ll find everything you need to settle in and start your break straight away — from basic toiletries to tea and coffee (including a few pods for the coffee machine), so you can enjoy a relaxing brew the moment you arrive.
If you’d like to stock up for your stay, you can arrange a grocery delivery from local supermarket Tesco, or pop to Iceland which is just a few minutes’ walk away down in the town centre.
The closest 24 hour parking is in the Pier Yard Car Park which is a two minute walk from Kent House, towards the Harbour. There is also a convenient bus stop, close by in Leopold Street.
If you want to make the most of the rooftop spa, please make sure you turn the sauna on around 45 minutes before you want to use it and also, while the mini outdoor bath has running hot water, if you want to use it as an ice bath you will need to provide your own bags of ice, if you dare!
