Your coastal escape begins here

Imagine waking up just moments from the sea, taking a peaceful morning stroll along Hythe's promenade and returning to a beautifully styled home where everything has been thoughtfully considered for your comfort.

Welcome to Hythe House, a gorgeous three bedroom coastal retreat sleeping up to six guests, tucked away on a quiet residential road just a stone's throw from the beach.

Whether you're planning a family seaside holiday, a weekend away with friends or a cosy winter escape, you'll find the perfect balance of boutique style, homely comfort and an unbeatable location.

Cosy evenings by the fire

After a day exploring the Kent coast, there's nowhere better to be than the beautiful lounge. Deep blue walls, elegant furnishings and a characterful log burner create a wonderfully inviting atmosphere.

Settle into the comfortable sofas with a good book, enjoy a favourite film or spend a relaxed evening chatting over a glass of wine as the fire crackles away.

It's a room made for slowing down, particularly on those chilly autumn and winter evenings when coming home to somewhere warm and welcoming feels extra special.

Cook, dine and spend time together

The bright, beautifully equipped kitchen and dining area is the heart of the home.

Prepare leisurely breakfasts before heading out to explore, gather around the generous dining table for a family Sunday roast or enjoy an evening of good food and conversation.

Large bi-fold doors open onto the enclosed rear garden, filling the space with natural light and creating a lovely connection between indoors and outdoors.

During warmer months, enjoy alfresco dining on the patio. In winter, watch the changing skies from the comfort of the dining room while planning your next coastal adventure.

Three beautiful bedrooms, flexible for your group

When it's time to unwind, head upstairs to three inviting bedrooms, each thoughtfully furnished for a restful night's sleep.

The master bedroom features a comfortable king size bed and a calm, elegant atmosphere, perfect for switching off after a busy day.

The second bedroom offers a luxurious superking bed which can be separated into two singles on request. Ideal for another couple, friends or older children who prefer their own beds.

The third bedroom is a charming bunk room with two single bunk beds, a lovely space for younger guests to settle in after their seaside adventures.

A stylish family shower room upstairs features a spacious walk-in shower, perfect for refreshing yourself after a day exploring the coast.

There's also a convenient downstairs toilet, particularly useful when six guests are staying together or when you're spending time enjoying the garden.

Your own enclosed garden

Step outside into the private enclosed rear garden, a lovely spot for morning coffee, leisurely lunches or enjoying the fresh sea air without leaving home.

The outdoor dining area makes summer entertaining easy, while the enclosed space is particularly welcome for families and guests travelling with their dog.

The beach is practically on your doorstep

One of the greatest pleasures of staying at Hythe House is how much you can enjoy without getting into your car.

Take a short stroll to the beach for a sunrise walk, enjoy fish and chips beside the sea or wander along the promenade as the sun sets.

Explore Hythe's independent shops, welcoming pubs and cafés, discover the beautiful Royal Military Canal or head further afield to Folkestone, Dungeness and the surrounding Kent countryside.

And when the weather turns cooler? Wrap up warm, breathe in the fresh sea air and return home to the comfort of your own coastal hideaway.

With beautiful interiors, comfortable beds, a wonderfully equipped kitchen and a location guests return to again and again, Hythe House is somewhere you'll feel at home from the moment you arrive.
